MEET PAMELA
Pamela Michos is a Whitestone native, finance professional, and community advocate running for New York State Senate. With experience managing billions of dollars in finance, she brings a strong understanding of fiscal responsibility and economic stewardship. As a single mother raising her family in Queens, she understands firsthand the challenges facing working families and is committed to making New York more affordable and supportive for the next generation.
A proud Greek American and Orthodox Christian, Michos is deeply rooted in her community. She serves as the PTA President for the Stefanos and Areti Cherpelis Hellenic School at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Flushing and has long been active in local civic life. Earlier in her career, she worked to deliver health literacy and nutrition education to underserved communities across New York City.
Michos is running to bring common sense leadership to Albany—focused on strengthening families, expanding opportunities for young people, and restoring accountability in government.

New York State Senate District 11 includes diverse Queens neighborhoods such as Whitestone, Bayside, College Point, Little Neck, Douglaston, Astoria, East Elmhurst, Queens Village, Bellerose, Glen Oaks, and Jamaica. The district is home to hardworking families and vibrant communities that reflect the cultural diversity and energy of Queens.
